I’m the maestro behind the scenes and the one to greet you when you arrive! I’ve been working in dentistry since 2008, specializing in treating patients with the care of a family member. Proud parent of identical twin girls, a son, and the lively company of a boxer and kitty. Balancing professional expertise with a love for family and pets, my days are filled with smiles both in and out of the dental office 🙂
Marisa - Registered Dental Hygienist
I was born in Southern California, but I have lived most of my life in a small town (Dublin) here in Texas. So yes, Texas is home. After graduating from Dublin High School, I attended Tarleton State University prior to transferring to Temple College. There I was, once again, valedictorian of my class, Phi Theta Kappa and earned my Associates Degree in Applied Science for Dental Hygiene May of 2014.
Dreams do come true: I have always loved the Texas Hill Country, and I’ve been able to call it home since 2020. When I’m not caring for your beautiful smiles, you’ll find me paddle boarding on the lake, hiking trails, enjoying the great outdoors, and traveling across the globe.
Lezlee - Registered Dental Hygienist
I’m originally from the small East Texas town of Whitehouse, but have lived in Austin since 2008. I started my education at Tyler Junior College where I was a dance captain of the internationally famous Apache Belles. I then continued on to Denton, Texas where I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Women’s University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2005. I joined the Lake Pointe Dental team in 2010 and I am very thankful to work with passionate and talented people.
Emily- Registered Dental Assistant
I was born in California, but have been here in Austin since I was two, so I can fully claim “Austinite” status!
I am a foster mom, I lived in Alaska, and I play the guitar. I love jogging, shopping, and spending time with my family. I love working here and am so happy to have found a place here at Lake Pointe Dental.
Allison - Insurance Coordinator
Originally from Austin, Texas, Allison Angelillo brings warmth, organization, and a friendly face to our front office. She graduated from St. Edward’s University with a BA in Communications and has spent the past seven years building her skills in office management. Though new to the dental world, she’s no stranger to creating smooth, welcoming experiences for both teams and clients.
Allison loves getting to know patients—whether it’s catching up with familiar faces or welcoming someone new. Outside the office, she’s a proud mom of three and enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance.
Karina - RDH
Born and raised in Texas, I’ve always valued strong connections with family and friends—something that continues to shape the way I care for my patients. I began my dental career in 2013 as a dental assistant and have since grown into my current role as a dental hygienist. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various areas of dentistry, gaining a broad understanding of the field. While every aspect has taught me something valuable, I’ve found a true passion in the preventative side of dental care. Helping patients maintain healthy smiles and build long-term oral health habits is what motivates me every day.
